Vanessa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music and hasn’t stopped overachieving. She spent years working at the Village Recorder in Los Angeles racking up the grammy and oscar wins/nominations for The Dixie Chicks, Taylor Swift, The Civil Wars, Rhiannon Giddens and John Mayer. She’s also worked with Smashing Pumpkins, Lucinda Williams, Elvis Costello and Weezer.

She also spent time in the music department for the films Across the Universe, A Place at the Table and Season 1 of Nashville.

Outside of her musical life Vanessa is an avid Yogi and will probably out pace you in a half marathon.
